As a team member in this team, you will be responsible for evaluating our organization's business requirements and determining how technology can support these needs leveraging software, hardware, process, or infrastructure changes.
You will liaise with all part of our business to identify issues and improvement areas and keep abreast of changing technology and evaluate its use in our market.
Aa a solution Architect will take part in our Design board to discuss, design and control solutions.
It is important that you make sure new systems fit our enterprise architecture and guard-rail, as well as being liaise with Compliance and Legal. You will be expected to advise, plan and execute releases together with our vendor/s, Product Owner/s and Change Manager/s.
Planning integrations together with our developers is essential, and we strongly believe in collaboration to contribute with ideas about how to improve or automate processes.
Finding the right person is more important than ticking all the right boxes, however, here are some of the important things we think a strong candidate will have:
- Understanding of current development practices from frameworks, Security implications, CICD, SaaS, PaaS and cloud solutions etc.
- Good communication skills towards both end users and IT resources
- Solid English skills
- Strong problem-solving capacity
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to understand complex business processes
- A developer background is preferred as ideal progression path.
