We are looking for a senior Senior Backend Developer to join our team in Oslo!

Therefore, we are looking for a senior Senior Backend Developer to join our team in Oslo. In this role, there are significant opportunities to influence the solutions we develop. You will work closely with the product managers in the unit, internal and external partners, and our developers.

WHO ARE YOU?

As a person, you are always hungry for new challenges and curious about innovative ways to solve problems, whether through methodical approaches or innovative technologies.You are passionate about creating amazing solutions that users love, and enjoy being a part of shaping them from start to finish. You enjoy working in a team, and have good collaboration and communication skills.

  • Has 5+ years of experience in backend development

  • Has higher education in IT and/or other relevant programming experience

  • Finds it important to deliver according to the expectations that have been set.

  • Proficient in English and preferably Norwegian, both verbally and in writing

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

Day-to-day work & projects cooking

As a backend developer at Nettbil, you will work on:

  • Our auction solution for car sales, which currently sells more than 2000 cars per month

  • Integrations and technical collaboration with various partners such as Viking Kontroll, NAF, Gire, Statens Vegvesen, etc.

  • Integration with relevant solutions in Schibsted, such as FINN.no, Carweb, and more

  • New technologies like AI, which we believe can help enhance our solutions even further

Colleagues

As a part of our product and technology unit, you will join a team of 10 people, consisting of two PMs, one UX designer and both frontend and backend developers. The team has a lot of autonomy and are very passionate about creating great user experiences. We deploy new features every week and work closely with our users.
