Making Waves is growing and looking for competent developers specialised in front-end technologies. If you are passionate about HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related technologies, we would love to hear from you.

What will you do?

You will be part of multidisciplinary teams, delivering code, opinions and solutions to our clients’ problems, both simple and complex. In addition, you will help our teams be successful, while at the same time being a motivator for your peers. You will share your knowledge, learn from your colleagues and grow as a developer and teammate. The best part is, you will have a great time doing so.

Who are you?

You are a passionate developer with experience and a desire to contribute as a team member. You are curious with the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients. Knowledge, cooperation and continuous learning motivates you and you are happy to share your expertise with your colleagues – regardless of whether they are developers, designers or project managers.

You find it inspiring and motivating to work with people other from disciplines, such as product managers, UX designers, back-end developers and data scientists – it inspires your creativity.

Last, but not least, you love a good challenge. Creating great user experiences sets your brain on fire and you are always excited to find clever solutions.


  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software development or engineering, however, we will still consider your application if you have skills and relevant experience that outshines formal education
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian (both written and spoken) or you have great English skills and a desire to learn Norwegian while working here
  • Great insight in the front-end technology stack
  • Interaction or graphic design skills is a plus
  • Comfortable with React, Angular, Vue or similar frameworks
  • Updated on the latest available standards, best practises and technology trends
