My name is Tim Papas and I am the Lead Enterprise Architect at Telia Norway. Right now, I am looking for an Enterprise Architect who will take part in our journey to modernize the IT landscape at Telia Norway. As an enterprise Architect, you will have the opportunity to work with end-to-end solutions and collaborate with architects across all Telia countries. We are in the process of transforming the IT landscape and introducing new ways of developing and thinking about IT and business in a complex and changing industry. By using modern architectural principles, process improvements, and an “API-first” approach, we are breaking down silos, simplifying systems, and modernizing IT at Telia.
The role includes, but isn’t limited to:
- Analysis and design of end-to-end solutions
- Designing and leading the transformation in Telia’s IT landscape
- Setting requirements and prioritizing together with the business and key players
- Guidance and support for agile teams, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and follow the defined target architecture
- Developing plans together with teams in different countries
- Communicating changes, roadmaps and strategic intent to stakeholders
You will work closely with people from several areas within Telia, including IT architects, developers, and business partners. You will lead and coordinate technical and business discussions and drive future architectural direction across multiple teams or complex product lines. It´s important that you have good communication skills and that you enjoy collaborating with other teams from different areas. You possess integrity and positivity, you are not afraid to challenge our ways of working, and you are ready to implement change.
Is this you?
We imagine you have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or another relevant field. You have around five years of solid experience from previous roles within software architecture and may be working as a software architect, IT architect or similar role. You have experience with modern architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, and document and modelling IT-solutions. From you previous roles, you know about agile methods and frameworks, i.e. SAFe. Finally, you are a natural communicator and can write and speak English. You also know your way of presenting materials for different stakeholders and if you have experience with large-scale IT, Telecom or modern IT architecture, it is a big plus.
