Your mission as a Fullstack Developer in our Digital Experience team:
As a Fullstack Developer, you will join a team of engaged and dedicated engineers who are working to build personalized customer experiences. Together with us you will build and maintain responsive web pages and prototypes, frameworks, and integrations. You will interact closely with IT Architects, Product Owners, UX designers and other Developers.
You’ll participate in everything from design, implementation, quality assurance, experimentation, testing, deployment, monitoring and documentation of the services we build and maintain. We focus on creating the best developer experience towards our services and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing internally as well as externally. In this position, you will play a significant role in exploring, defining, and scaling our future revenue streams.

We are looking for developers with a growth mindset who inspire colleagues and external partners, with a mix of humbleness, but also can take the lead. You are passionate about technology and have a strong interest in learning about and playing with new technologies. But almost equally important is your ability to be a good team player and that you understand the need to cooperate with others in order to reach great results.
Background and technical skills:
We are looking for skilled Fullstack Developers with strong knowledge towards frontend technologies. You should have strong skills in HTML5, SCSS, TypeScript, React, and have good skills in designing, building, and maintaining GraphQL or REST APIs. You should also have experience in Node.JS, Python or Java. We prefer that you have completed higher technical education, but we also acknowledge that extensive relevant experience may make up for this. You must be fluent in English (both oral and written). Norwegian skills are a plus, we can offer some courses if needed.
It is also a big plus if you have experience with one or more of the following:
As you will be working with one on Norway’s most visited web domains (dnb.no), it is an advantage if you have experience with optimizing components for high performance and security. It is a plus if you have some knowledge about modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token. It is also a plus if you have experience with cloud technologies. You will be working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), and we can offer some training in this.
For frontend programming it is an advantage if you have experience in translating design and wireframes into high quality code, and that you are familiar with accessibility. We have high ambitions for our customer facing applications, so a demonstrated passion for user experience design and improved user-friendliness is preferable. Some experience with Content Management Systems is also a plus. You should have good understanding of automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment practices.
